This is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 5-bedroom Spanish-style house. The house is very new and in great conditions. It has central A/C and heating. It is at a very convenient location, close to Colorado Blvd/S Hill Ave, within walking distance to Caltech and Pasadena City College. It is within 10min driving distance to theaters, gyms, Macy's, Whole Foods, Ralphs and many shops and restaurants in old town Pasadena.

The room is furnished with a nightstand, a table and a queen-size bed. It has solid wood floor. There are two big windows in this room, making it very airy and bright. You can see the mountains from the room.

You will be living with 4 other tenants(3 male, 1 female) who are professionals, very quiet and respectful.

This room is for only ONE PERSON to occupy. No pets are allowed.

Utilities are not included and will be shared by all the tenants.
