Completely free but as you can see one of the cushion covers is chewed up on a corner, and the other cushion has a broken zipper (may still close, I haven't checked in a bit). Good news is I called around and you can get a new cover for the cushion on the right (chaise) from an upholstery place for around $280. Other good news is that besides this the couch is totally structurally sound and extremely comfy. Also light and easy to move around (splits into two pieces).
