We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to assist our production team with event operations this Friday and Saturday at Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena, CA.
This is a temporary, two-day position assisting with equipment coordination, event preparation, and general production support.
Schedule & Responsibilities
Friday, November 6 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
* Assist with equipment pickup and transportation coordination
* Help organize and prepare equipment for Saturday’s event
* General production preparation and support
Friday Pay: $250
Saturday, November 7 | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* Assist with event operations and production setup
* Help with props, equipment placement, and general event logistics
* Assist with equipment breakdown and cleanup following the event
Saturday Pay: $350
Total Compensation: $600 for Both Days
Food and a crew T-shirt will be provided on Saturday.
Requirements:
* Must be available BOTH Friday and Saturday
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a live event environment
* Able to assist with basic equipment handling and setup
* Previous event or production experience is preferred but not required
