These sell new for $5300 and this is real bargain if you are looking for this type of toilet.

This particular unit was installed for a family member who recently passed away before even they were able to use it. Toilet is basically brand new as it was never hooked up properly and never used. I’m converting the property into a rental and need to replace it with a standard toilet.

The person that wants to buy this will need to remove it themselves or hire somebody.

Price is firm and no low ballers.
