Pittillo Custom made Super Strat by Doc Pittillo in Orange County back in the late 80's early 90's. Doc is "THE" luthier/repairman for guitars in California and has made just a handful of exquisite guitars over the years. This is an early version with only the finest woods and vintage (at this point) Seymore Duncan made in the USA pickups. It was made with a single volume control, a very versatile guitar with the 5 way switch. The neck finish was removed long before I owned it and feels like a wonderful vintage guitar. The body was made out of 50 year old Honduran mahogany back in the day, so now it's almost 90 years old, the top is lacewood and the body is chambered, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, 22 jumbo frets. It is very light, in used condition with some small nicks, but plays and sounds awesome. Banjo/Firebird style tuners.
