This bike needs a good clean. And the Pete's flaking at the bottom of the frame from where it sat on a bike rack but it's not rusted through or anything like that. You can knock the paint off and just touch it up. Tires are good they're just dirty but they're this color and they're painted so they stain up but they hold air just fine. The bike works great rides great seats nice. It's just been stored for a while
