Our family is heading to Portugal for an academic sabbatical at the beginning of next year and we're looking for someone to enjoy our furnished Pasadena home.
We have it set up now with a kid's room and a guest room/office, but that can shift. Recently renovated kitchen and primary bath with shower and tub. New laundry, fast internet, and lots of art!

The San Rafael Hills neighborhood is very quiet and sweet. Close to the Rose Bowl, CalTech, JPL.
The rent includes gardening and hot tub service. Tenant responsible for utilities. One-month deposit required. Pets will be considered with an addition deposit. No smoking.
