We are hiring dependable ranch help at our horse boarding facility. This position averages approximately 6 to 6.5 hours per day (around 30 hours per week), start time is 6:00 am. We are looking for someone interested in a steady, long-term role.
This is not a casual barn-hangout position — it is physically demanding work that requires consistency and accountability.
Duties include:
* Cleaning stalls thoroughly and efficiently
* Feeding hay and grain accurately
* Turning horses out safely
* Preparing daily grain portions
* Water checks
* General barn chores and small facility tasks
Horse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. However, reliability and work ethic are non-negotiable.
Requirements:
* Able to lift 50–100 lbs with leverage repeatedly
* Comfortable performing physical labor in all weather conditions
* On time, every shift
* Able to work independently once trained
* Detail-oriented and consistent
* Respectful around horses, clients, and property
Horses depend on routine. This position supports daily animal care, so showing up consistently matters.
If you value steady work, take pride in doing a job well, and understand that animals come first, we would like to hear from you.
If you are unsure about early mornings, physical labor, or consistent weekday scheduling, this may not be the right fit.
To apply, please email us and include:
* A little about yourself
* Your work history
* Any horse experience
* Why you are interested in this role
* What you are looking for in a job
* Days Available
