I’m looking to connect with independent property owners and small residential landlords in Los Angeles who could use part-time help maintaining and managing their properties in exchange for reduced rent, mutually beneficial work for rent exchange, or another affordable housing arrangement.
I have previous experience with property management support, client services, vendor management, landscaping, gardening, property upkeep, and general hands-on work. I’m resourceful, detail-oriented, practical, and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told every little thing that needs doing.
Areas where I can help include:

A studio, room, or other suitable living arrangement in exchange for an agreed-upon amount of part-time work. I’m open to a reduced-rent arrangement, rent credit for services, or a combination of housing and compensation, depending on the property’s needs.
