Spoon House is a global community lounge where global creatives connect.
We are opening on the 2nd floor this October.

On the 3rd floor, we run Spoon English, our English community for adults.

We’re now looking for Assistant Managers to join us at Spoon House and help create the same warm, social, and engaging atmosphere in our new space.

This role is not just about running a class.
You will meet different people, help members connect, and create enjoyable experiences at Spoon House.
If you enjoy meeting new people, creating a good atmosphere, and bringing people together, we’d love to hear from you.

[Main Responsibilities]
- Welcome foreign members and create a friendly atmosphere at Spoon House
- Interact with members and help them connect with one another
- Facilitate Korean Language Group Classes based on Spoon’s class guides
- Manage pairs, groups, timing, and activity flow
- Encourage members to participate and interact

[Requirements]

Essential

- Proficient at communicating both in Korean English
- Age Range: 20–35 years old (International Age)
- Friendly and comfortable meeting new people
- Good communication and people skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Currently living in Seoul or nearby
- Legally eligible to work part-time in Korea

Preferred

- Experience in community activities, clubs, events, or group facilitation
