Urban Kids provides children with fun and meaningful English experiences through play, creativity, and hands-on activities.
Our sessions include storytelling, arts and crafts, cooking, science activities, movement, book reading, songs, games, and creative projects.
We focus on helping children build confidence, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward English.
ā Eligibility
Valid work authorization in Korea is needed.
š Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
ā¢ Fluent or highly proficient in spoken English
ā¢ Warm, energetic, responsible, and team-oriented
ā¢ Comfortable working with young children
ā¢ Able to interact with children in a fun and expressive way
ā¢ Professional when communicating with children, parents, and team members
ā¢ Comfortable working in an open environment where sessions may be observed
Experience with children, play-based programs, storytelling, arts and crafts, cooking activities, movement activities, or English-language programs is preferred.
šØ Main Responsibilities
ā¢ Support and guide English-language sessions for children
ā¢ Engage children through games, crafts, cooking, storytelling, songs, movement, and book reading
ā¢ Help prepare materials and set up for sessions
ā¢ Assist with creative activity ideas and program preparation
ā¢ Work closely with other team members
ā¢ Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
š Work Schedule
Start Date: ASAP
This is a weekend-focused position.
Friday:
Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Depending on availability
Weekends:
Saturday and Sunday
10:30 AM ā 7:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break
Urban Kids Busan is closed Monday through Thursday, except for certain public holidays or special events.
