🌈 About Urban Kids

Urban Kids provides children with fun and meaningful English experiences through play, creativity, and hands-on activities.

Our sessions include storytelling, arts and crafts, cooking, science activities, movement, book reading, phonics, ORT-based reading activities, songs, games, creative projects, and seasonal camps.

We focus on helping children build confidence, communication skills, reading confidence, and a positive attitude toward English.

✅ Eligibility

Valid work authorization in Korea is needed.

🌟 Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Fluent or highly proficient in spoken English
• Warm, energetic, responsible, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with young children
• Able to interact with children in a fun and expressive way
• Professional when communicating with children, parents, and team members
• Comfortable working in an open environment where sessions may be observed

Experience with children, play-based programs, storytelling, arts and crafts, cooking activities, movement activities, phonics, ORT-based reading activities, seasonal camps, or English-language programs is preferred.

🎨 Main Responsibilities

• Support and guide English-language sessions for children
• Engage children through games, crafts, cooking, storytelling, songs, movement, book reading, phonics, and reading activities
• Help prepare materials and set up for sessions
• Assist with creative activity ideas and program preparation
• Work closely with other team members
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children

🗓 Work Schedule

Start Date: ASAP

This is a weekend-focused position.

Weekdays:
Tuesday to Friday
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
2–3 weekdays depending on availability

Weekends:
Saturday and Sunday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Urban Kids is closed on Mondays, except for certain public holidays or special events.

💰 Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience, schedule, and position details.
