Flagstaff BR28TSC pop up camper toy hauler. 2012 model. Front deck was widened approximately 10 inches to accommodate razors. I used it for ATVs and dirtbikes, and was able to load an ATV and 2 dirt bikes on the front easily. E-track rails have been welded to the front deck for easy use of E-track anchors to hold any combo of ATVs, dirt bikes, gear, etc.
All maintenance has been performed to dealer specs (oiled springs, waxed pillars, bearings greased, etc.). The frame shows normal wear. The underside wood is painted (came raw from factory). Wheel well fenders and roof were re-caulked as needed.
1 king bed with heater, 1 queen bed with heater, slide out dining table turns into bed (sleeps 5). Has toilet and shower, and we tested the toilet with water this season, but have never used it. Has small fridge, propane and (12v / 120v) electric powered, 3 burner stove, 6 gallon electric ignition water heater, outside shower, outside grill, awning (needs a pole repair), propane heater with thermostat, two 20lb propane tanks (last all season), water tank.
Included are all tools, hand crank and jack cranks, camper cover, spare tire, original manuals for trailer and appliances, and keys, weight distributing hitch.
This has always been stored in a shop or under cover. This is a go anywhere your truck can go off-road trailer. Clean title and registration in hand and all books, instruction manuals, pamphlets, original DVD. Most parts and guidance camp from the folks at Robert's Sales Denver. They have great instructional how to’s and videos on their website for this trailer. I was also able to buy parts from Flagstaff directly (like stickers, lights, covers).
