Location: Paramount, CA
Pay Rate: $16.90- $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for general labor for the 1st shift in Paramount, CA. This position involves physical labor and supporting various warehouse, production, or manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
Assist with packaging, labeling, and sorting of goods
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)
Follow company safety procedures and protocols
Perform quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
Assist in various departments as needed
Requirements:
MUST HAVE FOOD PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN THE DAIRY INDUSTRY.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Punctuality and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Overtime may be required, including weekends
