I'm looking for someone who's willing to drive around Los Angeles to find vacant and ugly houses several hours per week. I'm especially interested in someone who's already driving for work (Uber, Lyft, Amazon, USPS, FedEx, Handyman, Plumber, Electrician, etc.). OR if you are willing to drive several hours a week this can work as well...Please don't apply if you don't have a car or are not willing to drive!

Once you see an ugly vacant house, all you do is take a picture, write down the address, and present what you find to me each week.

You get paid $1,000 per house once we close a deal on it. This is strictly a COMMISSION-BASED gig and is a great added income stream for someone who is a hustler and already drives around town for work.

The more houses you find, the easier it is for me to buy—and for you to get paid… it all depends on you!!

At minimum you need to present to me at few houses a week for you to be successful.
