THE JOB
- Two sliding driveway gates at the same house. Gate 1 is the larger one and takes 17 ft of gear rack. Gate 2 is a little smaller and takes 15 ft.
- One TOPENS DKR500ST solar opener on each gate. Solar only, no wiring to the house.
- One of the two gates needs a small concrete pad for the motor (about 16 x 10 in, 12 in deep, 2 bags of fast-set concrete). The concrete has to set for 24 hours before the motor is bolted down, so plan on two visits, or pour on day 1 and finish on day 2.
- Mount both motors and the gear rack, set the stop magnets, mount the solar panels and batteries, wire the safety sensors, connect the extra receiver for Gate 2, program 7 remotes, and test both gates.
WE BUY ALL THE PARTS
We are buying every item ourselves: both opener kits, batteries, battery boxes, safety sensors, extra gear rack, remotes, receiver, cable, conduit and the concrete. Everything will be on site before you arrive. You bring your tools and your labor.
ANY DAY WORKS
We are home 7 days a week, so this does not have to be a weekend. Weekdays are fine.
