Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-Site)
Job Type: Part-Time (30+ hrs/week)
Do you have a college degree, but more importantly, a master’s degree in "figuring it out"?
We are Dazzle AI, a startup building human-centered artificial intelligence tools. We need someone who is relentlessly resourceful, highly empathetic, and naturally tech-savvy to be the human face of our platform. We value your formal education, but we care just as much about your lived experience-whether you’ve navigated chaotic travel, managed high-maintenance clients, or just have a knack for finding the best hidden restaurants in the Bay Area.
In this role, you aren’t just reading off a script. You are the ultimate concierge and problem-solver for our users, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI and real-world services.
What You Will Actually Do:
Make Things Happen: Act as the command center for our customers. You will secure bookings, coordinate purchases, and manage third-party vendors to ensure our users get exactly what they need, when they need it.
Untangle the Knots: Manage day-to-day support tickets. When a booking falls through or a tech glitch happens, you step in calmly to troubleshoot and fix it.
Bridge the Tech Gap: Explain our AI-driven tools to non-technical users and vendors, helping onboard new partners smoothly.
Be the Voice of the Customer: You will be the direct link between our users and our product/engineering teams. You’ll spot trends in what customers are asking for and tell us how to build a better app.
Write the Playbook: If a process is clunky, you don't just deal with it, you help us rewrite the internal rules and standard operating procedures to make it better for next time.
What We Are Looking For:
A College Degree (Required).
Get it Done Mentality: Proven experience in a high-touch service, client management, or customer success role (startup experience is a plus, but incredible hospitality experience works too).
Tech Fluency: You are highly comfortable learning new software and navigating digital platforms.
Impeccable Tone: Exceptional communication skills. You know how to send an email that is warm, professional, and gets straight to the point.
Exceptional Organization: You can juggle three urgent requests from customers, a vendor dispute, and a feedback report for our engineers without breaking a sweat.
How to Apply:
To apply, please send your resume along with a brief message answering these three things:
What is the most chaotic situation you’ve had to solve (at work or in life), and how did you handle it?
Tell us about a time you turned someone's frustrating experience into a great one.
Confirm you are located in the Bay Area and available for 30+ hours/week on-site.
