SkyTower Construction is currently hiring a skilled Painter to join our growing team in the Antelope Valley. We are a construction company specializing in residential restoration, renovations, and remodels, and we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to our clients.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented painter with 3–4+ years of experience working for a construction company (not just independent work). This is a full-time position with consistent projects and opportunity for long-term growth.
Responsibilities: MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
Perform interior and exterior painting on residential properties
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and high-quality results
Protect surrounding areas (floors, fixtures, landscaping, etc.)
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean job site
Follow project timelines and communicate with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
3–4+ years of professional painting experience with a company
Experience with residential projects (preferred)
Knowledge of proper prep work and finishing techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must be able to work in the Antelope Valley area

Estamos buscando un pintor responsable y detallista con 3–4 años o más de experiencia trabajando para una empresa de construcción (no solo trabajo independiente). Esta es una posición de tiempo completo, con proyectos constantes y oportunidad de crecimiento a largo plazo.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar trabajos de pintura interior y exterior en propiedades residenciales
Preparar superficies (lijar, raspar, reparar, calafatear e imprimar)
Aplicar pintura, tintes y recubrimientos con brocha, rodillo y pistola
Asegurar acabados limpios, líneas definidas y alta calidad
Proteger áreas alrededor (pisos, muebles, jardines, etc.)
Mantener herramientas, materiales y el área de trabajo limpia
Cumplir con tiempos de proyecto y comunicarse con el equipo y supervisores
Requisitos:
Debe hablar español
3–4 años o más de experiencia profesional trabajando para una empresa
Experiencia en proyectos residenciales (preferido)
Conocimiento de preparación y técnicas de acabado
Capacidad de trabajar solo y en equipo
Atención al detalle y orgullo por su trabajo
Transporte confiable y puntualidad
Debe poder trabajar en el área de Antelope Valley
