I own 2.5 acres of land out near Lake Los Angeles but I work too much to make it out there every day.
I'm looking for someone reliable to be live in security and is willing to accept free housing as compensation. The property is off grid and this doesn't have most amenities like gas plumbing or water, but internet and electricity will be important to the entire operation.
Should be good with communication because I will need to check in periodically in case the cameras are acting up.
