## What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver
As a **Delivery Associate / Delivery Driver**, you will safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while providing reliable package delivery service throughout the local community.
Daily responsibilities may include:
* Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
* Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and safely
* Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages
* Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift
* Use GPS, mobile devices, and delivery technology to locate addresses and complete deliveries
* Follow delivery instructions and established operating procedures
* Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Maintain communication with dispatch throughout your route
* Report delivery, vehicle, safety, or route issues promptly
* Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
* Maintain professional conduct while representing Rich Management Logistics
* Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries
* Protect packages, equipment, vehicles, and company property
* Work independently while remaining part of a team
* Assist teammates when operational needs require additional support
* Maintain dependable attendance and arrive ready to work for scheduled shifts
## Physical Requirements
This is an active **Delivery Driver** position.
Delivery Associates should be prepared to:
* Lift and carry packages weighing **up to approximately 50 pounds**
* Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle
* Walk throughout residential and commercial delivery areas
* Walk up and down stairs
* Bend, reach, lift, carry, and move packages throughout the workday
* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Drive for extended periods during an assigned delivery route
* Safely perform repetitive physical activity throughout the shift

## Schedule
This is a **full-time position**.
Delivery operations run throughout the week, so scheduled workdays may include weekdays and weekends.
Drivers should be prepared for full delivery shifts and should understand that:
* Route assignments can vary
* Delivery areas may change from day to day
* Shift completion times can vary based on route conditions, traffic, weather, package volume, and other operating conditions
* Regular and dependable attendance is an important part of the position
Specific schedules and shift expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
## Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:
* Be **at least 21 years old**
* Be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Possess a **valid driver's license**
* Be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle
* Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record consistent with position requirements
* Be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Be dependable and able to report for scheduled shifts
* Be comfortable using GPS, smartphones, and mobile applications
* Demonstrate a safety-first attitude
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A **commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required** for standard Delivery Associate positions.
## Experience
**Delivery Driver, courier, logistics, warehouse, transportation, route delivery, and customer service experience is preferred but not required.**
**No previous delivery experience? We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety.**
## Pre-Employment Requirements

After a conditional offer of employment, candidates for Delivery Associate positions must successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include:
* Criminal background screening
* Motor vehicle record check
* Drug screening
