Tricon is currently looking for experienced snow removal subcontractors for the upcoming 2026–2027 winter season throughout the Chicagoland area.
We service commercial properties only, and our sites operate under ZERO-TOLERANCE snow and ice management standards.
We are looking for dependable, experienced subcontractors who understand the level of service required for commercial snow operations.
WE NEED:
Plow Trucks – Trucks must be properly equipped and ready for commercial snow operations
Machine Operators – Skid steers, loaders w/pushers
All-Inclusive Property Subcontractors – Contractors capable of taking responsibility for an entire property, including:
Snow plowing
Sidewalk clearing/shoveling
Parking lot salting
Sidewalk deicing
Ongoing monitoring and return service when conditions require
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Because our contracts are ZERO TOLERANCE, subcontractors must be prepared to respond to all winter weather events, including overnight, weekends, holidays, freezing rain, ice events, drifting, and changing conditions.
Applicants should have:
Reliable, well-maintained equipment
Commercial snow removal experience preferred
Reliable transportation and communication
Ability to respond when dispatched
Ability to remain onsite or return as conditions require
Proper insurance/documentation
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Availability throughout the entire winter season

We service properties throughout the entire Chicagoland area and are looking for subcontractors in multiple locations.
