A custom packaging manufacturer specializing in quick-turn structural samples, digital prototyping, on-site testing, and in-house pack-out services. We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in digital printing and advanced manufacturing.

As a Digital Printer Operator, you will learn to operate and maintain state-of-the-art computerized digital printing and finishing equipment used to produce high-quality packaging prototypes and production materials. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, computer literate, and enjoy working with advanced manufacturing technology. Attitude and potential is valued as much as experience. Responsibilities:
• Operate computerized digital printing and finishing equipment.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure quality production.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
• Follow production schedules and meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn and become proficient on multiple pieces of production equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.

• EFI Vutek HS125 Digital Printer
• Agfa Tauro H3300 LED UHS Printer
• Inca Onset X3 Printer System
• Zünd G3 Digital Cutter
• Zünd XL-3200 Board Feeder
• Cauhe VMH Finishing Equipment
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment is a plus, but not required.
