Original lugged carbon frame painted in ruby red/black, EMS Composite fork, Shimano 105 STI 16-speed drivetrain, Cinelli stem & handlebar, Shimano RX100 wheels, and new Shimano components, including a HollowTech bottom bracket, a modern Tiagra crankset, an 11-28T cassette, and a freewheel body. This bike rides like a dream.
This bike's standout feature is its lugged carbon fiber construction. Specialized utilized Direct Drive carbon fiber tubes, bonded into elegant aluminum lugs with heavy-duty epoxy. This design replicates the smooth, dampened, resilient ride quality of a traditional steel frame, with the added stiffness and lightness of carbon. Fully built, this bike weighs under 21 lbs.

This is not an ordinary used bike that is not safe to ride before a $300+ parts visit to a bike shop. Vintage bike restoration is my hobby. I completely disassembled this bike and personally overhauled every component. Every detail of this bike was thoroughly cleaned, inspected, restored/replaced, lubricated, and tuned-up; all bearings were greased; all shifters/derailleurs/brakes are dialed to perfection.
This bike is ready for another 10 years of problem-free rides.
