There is a room open in my acupuncture practice at 205 Rockaway Beach Ave, a block from the water.
The room is 133 square feet, 9'6" by 14'. It has a window that opens with sunshade blinds, a ceiling fan, air filtration, a Sonos speaker you control from your own phone, and a massage table already in it. If you don't need the table it can go. You share the waiting room, the restroom, and a kitchen breakroom with a washer and dryer and detergent provided. Utilities, WiFi, cleaning and plenty of parking are all included, so the rent is the whole number.
1 day a week: $425
2 days a week: $750
3 days a week: $1,050
Full week, 5 to 6 days: $1,600
Three month minimum to start, then month to month with 60 days notice. Deposit is half a month, due at signing. Rent goes up 4% each April 1.
I am looking for someone whose work sits alongside acupuncture rather than repeating it. Massage and bodywork, esthetics, psychotherapy, nutrition, doula work. I have an established patient base and I refer people out constantly, for bodywork especially. That referral flow is honestly the better half of what you are renting here.
You need a current license and liability insurance. You run your own schedule and your own clients.
