This is NOT a relationship where we are the property owners renting a room. We are TENANTS looking for ROOMMATES to SHARE RENT.
There is one furnished bedroom available on the second floor with its own dual sink private bathroom. All the rooms are located in separate areas of the house, and so there is a good amount of privacy.
The house is in a quiet community in a nice part of Oxnard on a cul-de-sac, and we have a housekeeper who comes once a week to clean the home.
A little about us: I’m an optometrist, my husband is an interior designer, and we are both business owners. We have a wide range of interests, including dancing, martial arts, singing, art, and music. Politically, we are Democrats and were Bernie supporters. We’re looking for roommates who will be comfortable sharing a home with us and who appreciate a peaceful, respectful living environment.
We already have one male roommate.
We also have four cats, so being genuinely comfortable living with cats is important. Like any cats, they shed, occasionally vomit, and sometimes have accidents. We want to be upfront about that so there are no surprises. Please only respond if living with four cats - and everything that comes with them - is something you’re comfortable with.
No other pets are welcome.
Prospective roommates will need to complete our landlord’s standard tenant screening process. Rent includes utilities.
