We are looking for a caring, reliable special education aide to support our bright, energetic 4-year-old during his preschool day. Your main goal will be to help him navigate his routine, practice following instructions, and help him adjusts to the classroom setting.
What You’ll Do:
* Shadow our son at preschool and guide him gently through class activities.
* Apply positive, compassionate behavior strategies to help him learn and self-regulate.
* Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and preschool staff.
* Maintain a consistent, punctual, and encouraging presence every day.
Schedule & Location:
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20 hours/week)
* Location: Ventura, CA
Compensation:
* Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
