From a wrecked 2014 Silverado with a 5.3 l engine. 86,000 miles. Both RH cats work properly, the Y is complete with a ball end to the muffler. I used the left cat (drivers side) to correct the PO420 code (cat efficiency problem) on my high mileage truck and it fixed it so I'd have to say the two right hand cats are good as well. I tacked my bad cat back on the Y to better keep track of it and it shows in the pics. A little welding to replace the left cat and just bolt it up--mix and match--sell the remaining parts to the guy who advertises on facebook. Leave your phone number and I'll call you back.
