COMPENSATION
• Average $2,800+ weekly based on miles completed
• Loaded and empty miles are both paid
• Mileage calculated odometer-to-odometer

DRIVING & FREIGHT
• Nationwide OTR routes across all 48 states
• Dry van freight
• No-touch loads - no loading or unloading required
• High percentage of drop-and-hook freight
• Loads scheduled in advance whenever possible
• Consistent freight volume throughout the year
• Dispatch planning focused on keeping trucks moving
TIME ON THE ROAD
• Standard runs are approximately 2-3 weeks
• Minimum 14 days out required
• 2-3 full days of home time between runs
• Home time planned directly with dispatch
• Flexible scheduling may be available
• Consistent rotation for a more predictable schedule
FLEET
• 2019-2022 Kenworth T680 trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Cummins engines
• APU in every truck
• Inverter and refrigerator included
• Governed at 72–74 MPH
• ELD compliant

DISPATCH & DRIVER ASSISTANCE
• Dispatch support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Nationwide Pilot and Flying J fuel card access
• PrePass available for weigh station bypass and toll processing
• Advance load planning to help limit unnecessary downtime
• Efficient routing designed to reduce empty miles
• Quick application approval and truck assignment
• Maintenance assistance and breakdown coordination

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Current Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of OTR experience
• Acceptable MVR, PSP, and FMCSA Clearinghouse record
• Must pass DOT-required drug screening
• Basic backing skills required
• Must be able to safely operate a Kenworth T680
• No DUIs or recent major violations
• Must be willing to operate nationwide throughout all 48 states
• Must be available for a minimum of 14 days on the road
