Position Summary

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized Account Representative to oversee daily staffing operations at a client location in Oxnard, CA. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between employees, clients, and the staffing agency.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and daily staffing needs.
• Conduct employee orientations and assist with onboarding.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records and daily reports.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and employee replacements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED (must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages).
• Previous staffing agency, HR, or onsite coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability based on operational needs.
