🏠 About the House & Roommates
• The Crew: You will be sharing the house with three chill, quiet guys in their late 20s/early 30s.
• The Location: Located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of easy street parking.
• The Space: The available room is unfurnished. You will have full kitchen privileges and equal use of all common spaces.
💰 Rent, Deposit, & Utilities
• Monthly Rent: 939 / month
• Security Deposit: $899 (Military Discount: 30% off your security deposit!)
• Utilities: $120/month flat fee (covers Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, washer/dryer access, and gardener).
• Move-in Requirements: Property management requires a standard background and credit check. Students are welcome to use a parent as a co-signer for the credit check!
🚫 House Rules (Set by off-site property manager)
• Environment: Clean, responsible, and mindful of midweek noise (no parties).
• Substances: No smoking indoors and no drugs (including weed). Occasional drinking is totally fine.
• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Occupancy: Single occupancy only (no couples).
• Guests: Guests are welcome but must leave by 9:00 PM (no overnight guests).
