3 adults male roommates are all chill/quiet guys in their late 20s and 30s with no k1ds.
The room is unfurnished and new roommates get full kitchen privileges and use of all common spaces, everyone shares the house equally.
The neighborhood is safe, parking is not a problem
Military (active or if you served in the past) and Students are VERY welcome.

The house is managed by an off-site property manager, and she has the following rules:
1. Roommate must be clean and responsible.
2. No smoking inside the house, no drugs (this includes w33d), occasional drink is OK
3. Guests are welcome as long as they are not loud and leave by 9 pm (no overnight guests)
4. No pets
5. The room is for ONE person only, no couples
6. Must keep common areas clean after use
7. Must be mindful of noise midweek, no parties are allowed
Security deposit is $899 and property management will need to do a background check and a credit check - but its pretty easy, dont let that scare you off. If you’re a student, your parent can cosign and do the credit check for you.
The property manager is in charge of paying all the utilities. You pay one flat fee, $120 month (wifi, water, gas, electric, use of washer/dryer, gardener).
