Help Inspire the Next Generation of Broadway Stars!
Dance 4 Wellness is looking for passionate Voice Coaches and Choreographers to join our exciting after-school Broadway Jr. theater program this Fall.
If you love teaching, collaborating with a creative team, and helping young performers build confidence on and off the stage, we’d love to meet you.
🎬 What You’ll Be Working On
Our students perform fully staged Broadway Jr. productions, including:
✨ Annie Jr.
✨ Shrek Jr.
✨ Madagascar Jr.
…and more!
We’re looking for coaches who can create a positive, energetic rehearsal environment while helping students grow in performance, confidence, teamwork, and creativity.
We’re Hiring
🎤 Voice Coaches
* Teach healthy vocal technique
* Help students learn music and harmonies
* Prepare performers for live musical theater productions
💃 Choreographers
* Create fun, age-appropriate choreography
* Teach movement and stage presence
* Collaborate with the production team to bring each show to life
📅 Program Schedule
Start Date: August 2026
Rehearsals:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Tech Week:
December 8–12, 2026
Performance:
December 13, 2026
💰 Compensation
* $60/hour
* Paid biweekly via direct deposit
✅ Requirements
* Experience teaching youth preferred
* Musical theater, dance, or vocal coaching experience
* Positive, dependable, and collaborative
* Passion for inspiring young performers
* Live Scan fingerprinting and required clearances upon hire
