Picked this lock box up- currently has adjustable combo lock on it. There is brackets attached one side- other side is drilled same spot so it is reversible. Image searched and came up here

The body is all aluminum- was apparently mounted and looks like it started rubbing-got warm enough to distort foam pad inside.

Looks like a key lock can be used in place of combo if you want to change it over. Appears to have allen set screw to set combo
