My husband and I are renting a four-bedroom house and are looking for two roommates to share our home. We have two furnished bedrooms available, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are located in separate areas of the house, so both offer a good amount of privacy.

The house is in a quiet community on a cul-de-sac, and we have a housekeeper who comes once a week to clean the home.

A little about us: I’m an optometrist, my husband is an interior designer, and we are both business owners. We have a wide range of interests, including dancing, martial arts, singing, art, and music. Politically, we are Democrats and were Bernie supporters. We’re looking for roommates who will be comfortable sharing a home with us and who appreciate a peaceful, respectful living environment.

We also have four cats, so being genuinely comfortable living with cats is important. Like any cats, they shed, occasionally vomit, and sometimes have accidents. We want to be upfront about that so there are no surprises. Please only respond if living with four cats - and everything that comes with them - is something you’re comfortable with.

Prospective roommates will need to complete our landlord’s standard tenant screening process. Rent includes utilities.
