Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8 hours per day or until daily work is completed)
Location/Route: Oxnard, Valencia, and surrounding areas
-Compensation: competitive per vehicle commission or base if minimum quota not is not met (high earning potential) + mileage/gas reimbursement + overtime (OT) as needed
-About the Role:
Autolenz is seeking a detail oriented and highly disciplined Automotive Dealership Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will visit assigned dealership locations to capture high quality photos, 360-degree spins, and videos of vehicles for sale using a company issued iPhone and proprietary software.
This position is ideal for independent workers who enjoy being outdoors and thrive in a fast paced environment. Because our dealership schedules are strict and time sensitive, this role demands someone who is extremely reliable and rarely takes time off from work. No prior professional photography experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training on our processes and technology.
-Key Responsibilities:
* Route Management: Drive your personal vehicle to follow a designated daily schedule of assigned dealership locations.
* Media Capture: Utilize a company provided iPhone and application to execute high quality photo shoots, vehicle spins, and video walkthroughs.
* Vehicle Handling: Locate vehicle keys, safely operate vehicles, and maneuver them to designated staging areas for photography.
* Dealership Communication: Coordinate directly with dealership staff and managers to resolve inventory availability or vehicle readiness issues.
-Position Requirements:
* Absolute Reliability: An exceptional attendance record with a commitment to rarely requesting time off from scheduled workdays.
* Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for commuting between routes.
* Ability to pass a standard pre employment background check.
* Comfort working independently outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
* Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus but not required.
-Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for hardworking individuals who are self motivated and comfortable working without direct, in person supervision. Helpful (but not required) background experience includes:
* Automotive Experience: Dealership porter, valet, lot attendant, or general automotive industry experience.
* Labor Experience: Prior experience in physically demanding or outdoor work environments.

Please note that this is a process driven inventory management role focused on commercial volume, data capture, and efficiency. We are not looking for professional photographers, individuals seeking creative photography roles, or those looking to build an artistic photography portfolio.
