Quality Pest Services is hiring insulation installers for our Oxnard location. Work is mostly retrofit attic/subfloor work removing and installing new insulation with some new construction as well.
Schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays.

Job Duties
– Removing attic insulation using commercial vacuum systems
– Bagging and disposing of contaminated materials
– Rodent proofing using proper exclusion methods
– Sanitizing attics and crawlspaces
– Installing batt or blown insulation
– Setting up containment and protecting client homes
– Using ladders, crawlspaces, tight attic spaces, and working in hot environments
– Taking photos and documenting work properly
– Following lead instructions and management requests
–Cross training heat treatment pest control
What We Look for
– Prior experience in attic cleaning, insulation, crawlspace, restoration, roofing, HVAC, pest control, or any similar trade preferred but not required. Will train motivated individual
– Must be physically capable of attic, crawlspace, and confined space work
– Comfortable working in hot conditions and tight spaces
– Must have reliable transportation
– Must be dependable and show up consistently on time
– Good communicate skills with crew leads, team members, and office staff
– Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
– Driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
– Experience driving with trailers is a plus but not required
– Clean, efficient, and organized job sites and taking care of equipment
– Ability to move with urgency while maintaining quality
– Respect for clients’ homes and property as well as company property
– Team-oriented attitude
– Willingness to learn and growth
Pay Rate
– $20–$23/hr based on experience
– Opportunity for advancement into crew lead positions
