Required Qualifications
Candidates must have the following:
Mandt Certification
CPR and First Aid Certification
Bloodborne Pathogens Certification
DDA Core Trainings
Seizure Certification
Valid Driver’s License
iCare Manager (ICM) experience preferred; if you do not know how to use the application, training will be provided
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Assist with CDS services and support clients in accessing the community.
Take clients to community activities, appointments, and outings as needed.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and supervision as required.
Follow behavior support plans and safety procedures.
Document services and report any concerns to supervisors.
Support individuals in a respectful, professional, and compassionate manner.
Maintain compliance with agency policies and state requirements.
