Looking for a quiet guest to share stay in my studio apartment behind my home. Includes most utilities, possibly a small bit towards Electricity depending on usage. If you run an AC, it averages about 5$ per day extra which you will be responsible for. All other utilities are included.

This is a guest situation so basically, you will be contributing toward the monthly expenses. I have ran into trouble with lease and renters, so you can stay under the agreement that you are a guest who contributes to the monthly expenses and bills.
The electricity goes way up when the A/C is ran so I usually just use the Swamp Cooler, and that keeps it reasonably cool. IF the AC is on there will be an additional required contribution to keep the bill manageable.
I have 2 cats and have had trouble with pet owners, so no Dogs. Cat would be considered.
