Rental cost varies based primarily on time of year and number of nights desired, with a week in Peak Season averaging around $2750. It all depends on availability when we reserve, so for the most sought after weeks or extended stays, it's plan well in advance. The Orange Lake Resort is adjacent to the Disney's Animal Kingdom property, with very easy access.

The three-bedroom units in River Island is over is over 2,000 sq ft and sleeps 12. The 2 Bedroom Lock-Off side has a king bed in the master and two queens in the second bedroom. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. It features a kitchen, separate dining area, a family room with pullout sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, spa tub, TVs, DVD player, furnished balcony or patio. The 1 Bedroom Lock-Off side sleeps up to 4 comfortably. It features a king bed in the master, kitchenette, dining room table with seating for four, pullout sofa sleeper in living room, TVs, washer and dryer, a furnished balcony or patio.
The three-bedroom units in the other villages are not lock-off, so are just a little smaller with only one kitchen, one living room and one washer/dryer set and sleeps 11. The resort requires a credit card security deposit at check-in. Smoking only in resort designated areas, and NO pets are allowed. Check in is after 4:00 pm and check out by 10 am, but you can use the amenities all day.
