Hello, I have a fully furnished condo here in Oregon with ALL utilities included. Your private, extra-large room is fully furnished in my lower half of my condo. It is fully carpeted, complete with a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, a high boy, dresser to put TV on, hanging closet with doors. There is a desk to study or work on. The lower bedroom has its own bathroom with shower adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom has been recently remodeled. You will have access to a fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances, reach in pantry, all cooking equipment, dishware and utensils. The living room is fully furnished with a 55" Samsung TV and modern living room furniture. The laundry room has modern, extra-large appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I also have a full-size pool table located in the lower half of my condo. I have Spectrum internet and Spectrum TV services. I also have an outdoor deck and it fully furnished with a table, chairs, and grill. There is green space in the back yard. You will have access to my garage to park your 1 vehicle....out of the snow.
All utilities included - electricity, heat, air conditioning, gas, water, trash/recycling, Spectrum Internet Wi-Fi services and TV services.
This would be a perfect situation for anyone who does not have a lot of furniture, who wants a quiet place to live, study, etc. ....great for a college student or grad student; but others who may want / desire this, may also call. This is an option for those married couples who are trying a trial separation on a short-term basis. My previous tenant was a traveling nurse. I also had a senior who lived here for 3 years and ended up having surgery, then a stroke and is in a nursing home.
Smoking is permitted on the deck only or garage during the winter season.
I do have 2 small Manchester terrier dogs….no pets allowed.
I am a very quiet person.
Short term lease of 6 months is acceptable. A longer lease works well too.
