I have an ESA dog, he's sweet but he is a German Shepherd so you must be cool with bigger dogs. I am a pretty laid-back white guy, early 40s. My son will be over some times (one room is reserved for him). I like to cook, movies, hang out sometimes with roommate.
Applicants would obviously have to talk to me first, then pass a $35 Zillow credit and background check for landlord review, and provide proof of employment. Also, a $100 fee for landlord to prep lease. Rent is half of $1700 plus split utilities/internet. As far as I know no more animals are permitted, I only got my pup on lease due to ESA letter.
