Currently offering services for repairs, change outs, punch out lists, rental repairs, make readies and smaller make over jobs. If you need something not listed, just ask. I complete as many services as I can in the time allotted.
Pictures of prior larger jobs are posted to demonstrate skill level and experience.
RATE is $60/hr for hours 1 to 3 hrs Make a list and order a 4 hr block and the rate is $50hr The rate is for “time worked”, meaning an occasional short break or phone call is not going to cut into the time you pay for.
***Example of a recent 4 hr block; Installed a toilet, replaced an interior door slab and lockset, replaced one bath faucet and re-caulked kitchen counter, changed out 6 light bulbs and installed two door stops and a few misc. other things total labor cost $200
MATERIALS are NOT included and are the customer’s responsibility to provide. Or i can pick up at supply store and we can discuss terms when you contact me.
All jobs are different. If we encounter something unanticipated and I have to go get materials, the clock stops and a $20 service fee is applied to the bill, but you still receive the full time allotted upon my return, with the clock running again.
