Riding Instructor needed at established Riding Academy (Olympia)

Our award-winning riding academy is looking to add a part-time riding instructor to our team.
For the past 15 years, we have been honored to be voted Best Riding Academy, and we're seeking someone who shares our commitment to horse welfare, rider safety, and quality horsemanship.
What We Teach:
• Hunter, Jumper, and Dressage (introductory through lower levels)
• Comprehensive horsemanship education, not just riding
Our students learn:
• Proper saddle fit
• Horse nutrition
• Hoof health and maintenance
• After-ride care
• Equine fitness and conditioning
• Safe horse handling and management
Our lesson program is built around five sweet, seasoned, and generally compliant lesson horses. Most are older and no longer jump more than cross rails, allowing us to focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and safe riding skills from the ground up.
Current Times that Need Filling (Teach one or both):
• Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Sundays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The Sunday position is our most immediate need. Additional hours may become available as demand increases throughout the summer season.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• 18 years or older
• Experienced in English riding with several years of riding background
• Supportive, upbeat, and encouraging
• Passionate about sharing knowledge with children and adults
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Committed to putting horses and riders first
