Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate — Part Time
Lacey, WA | $20 per hour | Approximately 30 hours per week
A growing promotional products company in Lacey is seeking a friendly, organized team member to help support our customers. We provide branded merchandise, apparel, and company store programs to organizations throughout Thurston County.
This position combines customer service and sales support, including assisting existing customers, responding to incoming inquiries, and calling and emailing warm leads to develop new business. You’ll work closely with our small team to help customers from their initial request through order completion.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
Follow up with warm leads by phone and email to introduce our services and identify opportunities.
Help customers explore products, request quotes, and place orders.
Assist with order entry, tracking, follow-up, and company store orders.
Coordinate order details with customers, suppliers, and our team.
Help with light production, packing, and preparing orders for pickup or shipment.
Keep customer information and order details organized and accurate.
Qualifications
A friendly, professional approach and commitment to customer service.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfort reaching out to prospective customers by phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
Comfort using email, computers, and online ordering systems.
Willingness to learn new products, software, and processes.
Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or promotional products is helpful.
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
$20 per hour.
Approximately 30 hours per week during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Flexibility in arranging a consistent schedule that works for you and our team.
Some remote work may be possible, depending on technical skills and job responsibilities. Regular onsite work in Lacey is required.
Health insurance may be available after 90 days, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
