The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and refrigerator plus new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Seeking a responsible nonsmoking tenant who earns income from a full-time permanent job and can stay at least one or more years. Occupancy is limited to ONE tenant. No pets. The water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Tenant responsible for electricity. This complex is quiet, and in a great location. Very walkable location to downtown.

1st, last and a $700 security deposit. Last month's rent can be extended over 6 months for qualified applicant. Please reply why you would make a good tenant, why you are moving, monthly income, when you need a rental, smoking, any pets, how far away is your employment?
