Key Responsibilities:
-Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to routes, labels, and specified rates.
-Follow product labels and safety rules, operate specialized equipment (hose reels, spreaders, spray rigs), and keep accurate records.
-Wear provided PPE, follow chemical handling protocols, and report safety hazards promptly.
-Communicate professionally with clients and escalate complex inquiries to management.
-Participate in regular safety meetings and daily huddles.
-Load, unload, and secure tools, equipment, and materials daily.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-No prior application experience required; willingness to learn chemical safety and application techniques.
-WSDA Pesticide Applicator License preferred, or ability to obtain a Public Operator License within 90 days (training provided).
-Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varied weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred).
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, and Service Excellence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
-Meet daily route targets.
-Maintain a callback rate below 2%.
-Ensure on-time route completion.
