Handyman Needed (lacey/Centralia)

We are looking for a handyman to perform light-duty maintenance work at four mobile home parks in the Lacey and Centralia areas.
This is 1099 work. You must have a current certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9. There is no guarantee of hours or a specific amount of work.
Typical jobs may include:
Installing flood lights
Light-duty electrical work
Maintenance on park-owned carports
Fence repairs
Other light-duty maintenance and miscellaneous jobs
You will not be working on tenant-owned homes, as those are the residents’ property.
