Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
Taking out trash and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Oyster shucking experience a plus
Experience in high volume cafe/bar/pub/restaurant
Outstanding customer service skills
A guest first attitude
Passion for Hospitality
Ability to accurately measure and follow recipes
Consistent attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills
Available nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
Qualifications
Minimal working experience.
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Ability to stand for long period of time and lift at least 20 lbs.
Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
Must have a valid food handlers card
