My dad purchased it during covid, restored it, then gave it to my son, who drove it for 2 years to school/work (<3,000 miles total). Son is now out of the house and I simply do not drive it enough to justify keeping it. It should go to someone who will look after it and enjoy it more than I will.
It's had some work done at Brooklands British Car in Tacoma -- their "passport of service" and then some followup work.
Beyond that let's see...
- The soft top is a brand new replacement.
- Both seats have had their internal foam/supports replaced (Moss Motors).
- Brand new floor mats.
- I added an LED license plate frame that does brake light and turn signal indicators to give it more visibility.
- I wired in a buzzer so if you leave the lights on and the car off, it will beep at you.
I think that's about it. It's a fun car, and now it needs to go somewhere it can have more fun.
