Good natured, funny, clean older man here looking for a place within my budget. I am currently paying $700 a month. Have been in Annapolis since 2003 and absolutely love the area. Would like to stay around the area but I know that may be unrealistic. I have no nasty habits and am respectful, very low maintenance and even-keeled.
